Sales policy
All sales except special orders and sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of the purchase date. All sales except for special orders and sale merchandise will be given a store credit or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
All special orders and sale merchandise are final sale.
Gift recipients may receive a store credit only, 60 days from purchase.
No sales are final. John Herold Jewelers will make every reasonable effort to make your purchase one which will please you for years to come.
Repair Policy
All jeweler repairs are done with a 6 month guarantee for workmanship and materials you must hold the receipt for your guarantee.
All watch repairs are done with a one year guarantee for workmanship and material. There will be a charge for additional materials used on guarantee repairs. This does not cover physical or water damage or material not replaced.
If you are not satisfied with any repair work please take the time to discuss your displeasure with us. Our reputation has been build on good quality, value and service.
